How It Works…
- You put your mailer into envelopes, tubes, or whatever, in the usual way.
- You put your address labels on each item in the usual way. On large items we may suggest doing this for you.
- You keep your mailers batched together by agency / company (see our company list to see where we currently deliver)… it’s the “Where We Deliver” tab on this site.
- Contact the MailerVanMan.
- Arrange for collection from your London office.
And here there are two possibilities…
Firstly… “ all my mailers are going to companies on your list”
- MailerVanMan arrives, weighs and confirms the Royal Mail price for delivery from the scale of charges you can see on this website.
- MailerVanMan tells you how much less he will charge… he always charges less than even Royal Mail 2nd Class stamps… guaranteed!
- MailerVanMan takes your precious mailers and sends you an invoice. He does ask that this is paid immediately.
- Your mailer flies business class all the way to its destination… no crush… arrival in perfect condition!
- You treat yourself to something nice with the money you have saved!
Or
Secondly… “some of my mailers are going to companies on your list, but I’ve got lots of other delivery destinations, all over the UK!”
NO PROBLEM!
- MailerVanMan arrives at your office, weighs and confirms how many mailers you have that are going to his extensive company list (see “Where we Deliver”).
- MailerVanMan tells you how much less he will charge on these items… he will always charges less than even Royal Mail standard 2nd Class postage… guaranteed!
- And next the other good news… MailerVanMan counts up all your other items going to addresses elsewhere in London or the UK, and to save you the hassle of going to a post office, he’ll post them for you. And the best bit… he will still charge you less than if you went to the effort of putting 2nd Class stamps on yourself! See the price he charges for postage by viewing the prices tab.
